Hi
My Wife was working as sole proprietor and she is planning to open Single Person LLC.
She is also planning to start her second business.
1) Can she do multiple businesses in ONE LLC?
2) Will she file multiple Schedule C for EACH business ( If you have one person LLC you can file taxes in Schedule C) ?
3) Does she has to apply for new Federal ID or she can use same she was using in Schedule C for this new LLC also?
Thanks

A new poll from Benenson Strategy Group (commissioned by America's Voice), has a surprising finding - the vast majority of self-identified GOP voters support immigration reform. The poll found the following: When asked whether they support Congress passing comprehensive immigration reform, without hearing details about what the plan includes, 63% of Republicans said yes and 22% said no. When given the details behind reform, and asked whether they support Congress passing a law that would: Secure the border, crack down on employers who hire illegal immigrants, and require illegal immigrants to register for legal immigration status, pay back taxes, and...

Hi,
I need to get my H1B stamped in Mexico. I know there are some agencies which offer a complete package trip to the Mexico US Consulate. Does anybody know some names and contact information?
I am based in Los Angeles and am pretty close to Mexico border. Do they have something in Southern California? Other places are also Ok.
Thanks,
Prashant.
on a lighter note... just cross the border nah... :D:D but tto ur questions... I think that victorgarcia is helpful...

IV Team,
I'd filed my concurrent EB2 I140+I485 on Aug 17, 2007 at the Texas Service Center. I have been trying to check the status of my I140 petition online for the last 3-4 months. Every time i try to do so, i get the following error message:
"Case Status Retrieval Failed. This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system"
Am I the only one with this problem ? or are there others experiencing the same issue ?
Kindly reply.
Thanks

...man so much noise...
I'm finding the same thing with my D2H. Take a look at the auto photo I attached earlier today for the noise in the shadows there - yuck. I've also seen an exposure shifting problem during any kind of motordrive and autoexposure. If I select manual mode it seems to go away. But I've examined shot sequences where EXIF data indicates identical Aperture and Shutter and yet there is a shift. I wonder if these things have that much production variance to cause noise and calibration problems like this.
Rick
what do other d2h shooters think?
thanks
