What do one have to do to get a visa appointment in one of the US embassy's in Canada?

I have been trying to get a visa appt for last 6 weeks and I just could not. Any ideas are welcome. Please advice.

I have eb3 -2002 PD . is it possible if my wife applies labor and file 140 with my Priority date . ? Both me and my wife's 485 is pending .

Do I need to fill G-28 Form along with I-140, I-485.
We didn't fill any form like that. Is it o.k.??
She (Attorney) is representing for Company,not representing for Client and Company, but She signed on I-140 and I-485.
I will appreciate for your input.

LCA for people who work from home

I work from home and one week a month i go to my consulting company office
I live in Texas and company is in NJ .
my question is should the lca be filed from nj where the company is
or should it be filed from Tx where I live and work from home

Well, the first questions are what are your other settings? What mode are you shooting in. What ISO and aperture are you shooting in? Sounds like you may have a shutter speed that is not in line with your ISO and aperture, so you're not "exposing" the sensor.

And finally, welcome to Dphoto!

Anyone know why when I can't see my subject at higher shutter speeds?Just a blank screen and viewer.Camera Dimage7hi,Thanks
